La commune d’Yvignac-la-Tour, située dans le département des Côtes d’Armor dispose d’un groupe scolaire construit au début des années 1990. D’une surface de près de 1000 m², le bâtiment est soumis au décret tertiaire et a fait l’objet d’un audit énergétique. Suite à cet audit, la commune souhaite engager des travaux d’amélioration énergétique du bâtiment avec un objectif de réduction de 60% des consommations. Par ailleurs, des travaux d’amélioration fonctionnelle concernant la garderie, les sanitaires sont prévus en tranche optionnelle. Afin d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique et la fonctionnalité du bâtiment, la commune souhaite entreprendre une réhabilitation-extension du bâtiment. La présence d’amiante a par ailleurs été détectée.
